What to Cook Wednesday (WTCW) #38

It is that time again! Grab your grocery list and let’s do this.

[Love and Olive Oil], [Erin’s Food Files], [Dish and Dine]

Sunday:  I love quinoa so I am always searching for new uses for it.  Quinoa cakes with lemon, olive and parsley sound like a great option to try.

Monday:  Lentils are another favorite in our house so Indian spiced lentils with chicken sausage sounds like a great fit.

Tuesday:  We’ll go Tex-Mex again with this buffalo chicken and black bean wrap.

Wednesday:  Chicken gets a crunchy almond crust that sounds delicious.

Thursday:  Pasta night with an Asian flair thanks to vegetable chow-mein.

Friday:  We’ll be celebrating Valentine’s day a little late but making stuffed flank steak will probably help Mathlete forget.

SaturdayButtermilk roast chicken sounds like a wonderful way to end our week.
