S’mores Pizza Recipe

S’mores are the perfect summer treat.  But, with hot temperatures, you may not always want to light a fire to make them.  Or, if you are like me, you don’t really have a place to light a fire that won’t get your arrested.  We were sitting around one night craving some s’mores and the recipe for s’mores pizza was born.

This recipe trades the traditional graham crackers for a pizza crust sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs.  Then, it is topped with chocolate and marshmallows that are baked until perfectly gooey.
smores pizza ingredients

What You’ll Need:
– 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
– 4 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs {optional}
– 6 Hershey chocolate bars
– 1 bag of marshmallows

Let’s Make It:
1) Preheat oven as recommended in the pizza crust directions.  Spread pizza crust on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.  If using, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

2)  Partially bake pizza crust according to the directions.  The Pillsbury crust recommends baking for 7-8 minutes.  Top partially baked crust with chocolate bars.

Top with marshmallows.

3)  Place pizza back in the oven for 5 minutes.  Using a wooden spoon, gently push down on the marshmallows to flatten.  Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly brown.  Slice and enjoy.

What is your favorite summertime treat?  Do you find a way to make s’mores even if you can roast the marshmallows over a fire?

  31. Oh my goodness, these look so yummy! We love Smores. I’ve made them in the microwave when we’re desperate for them, sometimes even with chocolate chips if we don’t have (gasp) Hershey’s on hand.:)

  33. There is something just right about s’mores and summer time! What a fun idea to make the s’mores into a pizza! And I love that you don’t have to have a real fire to enjoy this!!!

Isn’t it funny how, even though an open fire is typically involved, smores have become a summertime treat?! It makes me laugh to think of people sitting out on 90 degree evenings roasting marshmallows :)

  34. My new singles night treat!

    • Shannah Coe says:

:) I love how easy this pizza is to make but I guarantee there won’t be any left 😉

  35. I love this! And my kids would love it even more…it would be easier than making several individual s’mores one at a time in the microwave like we normally do (who needs a campfire?!) :-)
