Pinworthy Projects Party

Happy Friday!  Cue the horns and balloons.  I can’t even describe how this week has been around here.  Mathlete has been so crazy busy at work that he hasn’t been getting home until after both kids are in bed.  Add Maya being on vacation on top of that and you have one stressed mama.  So, apologies but there are no official features this week.  I have been pinning your stuff to Pinterest though :)

Happy Friday! This week seriously could not have been longer. Of course, it didn’t help that I didn’t have much of a weekend last weekend because I was taken out by the stomach virus that has been roaming around my kid’s school. Blech!

At least I had some amazing projects to look through while I was laid up in bed.  Here were a few of my favorites

Happy Friday! March is here and with it came another 8+ inches of snow in our area.  We’ve spent most of the week digging out which has not been fun. I have never been so ready for Spring as I am right now.

On my snow day, I spent some time going through the 361 {WOW} links that you guys shared last week.  So excited to see our party grow and the projects and recipes shared were amazing as usual.  Here were a few of my favorites:

Happy Friday…oh, and happy end of February  I, for one, am seriously hoping that March brings just a little less snow our way.  As I type, it is snowing AGAIN for the 2nd or 3rd day this week.  It has snowed so often that I lose track. My few days hanging out in the beautiful Las Vegas weather only makes this weather that much worse to come home to.

Of course, I did get to come home to something awesome:  over 275 amazing links from you all at last week’s Pinworthy Projects Party!  I picked a few of my favorites as usual.

I don’t know about you all but I am just about done with snow and winter.  I mean we’ve had 12+ inches in the last week and it is just getting old.  There isn’t even a place to put all the snow so the city has just started piling it into turn lanes. It makes commuting a total nightmare!

More snow means more computer time though which I guess is a good thing.  In case you missed a few things over the last week while you were out playing in the snow {or sun if you are lucky!}, here is a little recap. 2.21 What You've Missed Broccoli and Cheeese Egg Muffins // Peanut Butter Buckeye Dip // 15 Oatmeal Cookie Recipes // Jalapeno Popper Dip // 10 Tips for Cooking Dinner at Home

Tips for Using StumbleUpon to Grow Your Blog

I shared this a few weeks ago over at Plucky’s Second Thought as part of Jess’s Tips and Tricks series.  I wanted to make sure you guys all saw it too so I am re-sharing my tips for using StumbleUpon for your blog here.

One of my major goals for 2014 is to increase the number of people who visit my blog.  Of course, I want them to all stick around once they get here but getting them here is my first goal.  StumbleUpon has been a HUGE traffic driver for me since the start of the year and I am absolutely loving it {if you are here FROM SU, thanks so much for stumbling in!}.  Along the way, I’ve learned a few things about StumbleUpon that I wanted to share with you in case you were interested in trying it out.
